At Angaar.in, we’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

1. Shipping Locations:

We currently ship orders only within India. International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Shipping Charges:

• Orders below ₹2,000 – ₹150 shipping
• Orders between ₹2,000–₹3,000 – ₹100 shipping
• Orders above ₹3,000 – Free shipping

3. Order Processing:

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During sales or product launches, processing may take slightly longer.

4. Delivery Timeline:

After dispatch, orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delays may occur due to courier or logistical issues beyond our control.

5. Tracking Information:

You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped. If you haven’t received your tracking info within 72 hours of ordering, please contact us.

6. Damaged Deliveries:

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery at info@truepharmlabs.com with an unboxing video or clear images of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

7. Delivery Exceptions:

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing an order.
